Cancellation Policy

We require notice of cancellation at least 3 days prior to arrival; cancellation under 72 hours before arrival results in an automatic charge of 50% of the total price of the stay.

No-shows result in automatic charges for the full amount of the stay.

Online reservations must be cancelled using the same online platform. Please refer to your confirmation email for instructions.

Any non-refundable rate booked through a third-party site such as Booking.com, Orbitz, Priceline, or Expedia supersedes the property cancellation policy: non-refundable rates are, as stated, non-refundable.

In-person check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. by appointment. The desk is not manned continuously, but we are always nearby. After-hours check-in via a lockbox is available.

If you do not select an arrival time, and we do not hear from you by 7:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival, we will check you in remotely and message you the code for your door via the method you used to book your room.

We will not be able to accommodate early arrival before 3 p.m.

Priority check-in before 3 p.m. is available on a limited basis for an extra fee and must be arranged and approved at least 24 hours before arrival. There are no public restrooms.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.
